Terms
Maintenance Log Converter classifies maintenance tasks against a dictionary of task types and says, for each, what condition could replace a fixed interval and whether the interval is set by law or a statutory code. It is guidance to organise your own maintenance and asset management work, not engineering advice, a written scheme of examination, a risk assessment or an audit opinion. Your competent person, engineer or assessor decides what applies to your plant, and the classification of any line is only as right as the words it was written in. Statutory intervals named here are the common cases in the jurisdictions named; check your own.
Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are given on request within 30 days of any charge. We may change prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
The clause references and evidence guidance are licensed content and may be used within your organisation for your own compliance work. They may not be resold or republished. The task dictionary is ours.
The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.
