MaintenanceLog Converter
For the planner who runs maintenance from a spreadsheet, a CMMS export or a paper log

Paste your maintenance schedule. Get back a register of conditions.

Every line comes back as a condition-based check: the condition that would replace the interval, the reading that proves it was checked, and whether the interval is statutory and has to stay. Each one carries the evidence an ISO 55001 or ISO 45001 auditor accepts. First 15 items free, no account, and nothing you paste leaves your browser until you save it.

Your schedule or log
One line per item. Asset, Task, Interval is enough; a schedule export with a header row (any column order) or plain log lines like 12/08 checked compressor belts, ok work too. Lines that cannot be read are kept, never dropped.
Parsing and classification run in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere until you choose to save.
01 PASTE

Paste the schedule you already have

A spreadsheet of asset, task and interval. A CMMS export with its own header row, in any column order. Paper log lines typed as they were written. Intervals as words, numbers with units (500 hours, 10,000 km) or dates. The converter reads the shape line by line, and a line it cannot read is kept as written and marked for a person, never dropped.

02 CONVERT

See what each interval was standing in for

Each task is matched to one of 108 task types across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, fire and life safety, fluid systems, instrumentation, building fabric and fleet. For each: the condition a sensor or instrument would watch instead, the reading that proves the check happened, how it is observed, and one verdict. convertible partly statutory A task the dictionary does not know is marked unrecognised with the four questions that classify it; it is never guessed.

03 FILE

Take the evidence with you

The register lists what is overdue, what is recorded as done with no reading, what has no asset, what is duplicated and what has no stated failure mode. Each finding is mapped to the ISO 55001 and ISO 45001 clauses it is evidence for, with the artefact an auditor accepts. Export it, save it, re-upload it next quarter and see what changed.

Why a converter and not a condition-monitoring platform

The platforms want sensors on everything before they show you anything. Your schedule already exists, and the person who keeps it can paste it in a minute. What the schedule lacks is the column that says what each interval was a proxy for, which of them a reading could replace, and which of them the law fixes. That is the column this builds, from the lines you already have, with no connector, no sensor and no account.

The dictionary of task types is ours and is published in full: every task type it recognises, with the condition, the reading and the evidence for each. Nothing is generated on the fly.
