Fixed suppression system inspection (gas, foam, kitchen)
The agent has to be there and the release has to work. Weight and pressure supervision tells you the first; only the contractor test tells you the second.

- Six-monthly inspection and periodic service are set by BS EN 15004, AS 1851 and NFPA 2001 or NFPA 17A depending on the agent.

- Contractor inspection certificate per system with cylinder pressures or weights and the release test result

- Record the cylinder weight each visit and trend it; a slow leak shows in the numbers before the gauge moves.
